Now, in the store is easily possible to distinguish the true Japanese products from fakes... using dosimeter.

        Main principle of crisis management

Global idiocy  is the result of global bureaucracy work
The International Atomic Energy Agency was established as an autonomous organization on 29 July 1957. As a result of bureaucratic regulation in the 21 st century, we have next disaster at the nuclear power station

Today, March 26, 2011
April 26, 2011 marks 25 years since the Chernobyl tragedy, and no one could imagine blow up a few reactors to this date

Human incompetence is comparable with natural disasters
For example: Railway lines in Japan after earthquake

Tramways in Saint Petersburg after repair

I'm not the first who pays attention to poor-quality technology and poor-quality management.
Thirty-five years ago, Dale G. Bridenbaugh and two of his colleagues at General Electric resigned from their jobs after becoming increasingly convinced that the nuclear reactor design they were reviewing — the Mark 1 — was so flawed it could lead to a devastating accident.

For me it was curious to compare the quality of nuclear reactors in different countries
USA / Japan reactors
1-Core with fuel rods 2-Concrete shield plug 3-Equipment pool 4-Drywell head 5-Fuel storage pool; spent fuel area
6-Refuelling cavity 7-Drywell flange 8-Reactor pressure vessel 9-Biological shield 10-Secondary concrete shield wall
11-Free standing steel drywell 12-Radial beam 13-Concrete embedment 14-Jet deflector 15-Expansion bellows
16-Vent header 17-Downcomer pipe 18-Water (wetwell) 19-Embedded shell region 20-Basement 21-Reactor building
22-Refuelling platform 23-Refueling Bulkhead 24-Pressure supression chamber (runs in a torus around the reactor)
25-Vent (81 inch diameter) 26-Crane 27-Used Fuel 28-Coolant pipe 29-Cold water pipe (from generator)
30-Steam pipe (to generator) 31-Control rod drives 32-blow down line 39-Control rods 40-Steam separators (water normally goes to this level)
41-Steam dryer

Germany reactors
Мinor technical details are not as important as the main difference. German reactors are located inside very strong sphere for the accident localization. Japanese reactors really miss exactly this technical features

11 March: The Japanese government declared a nuclear power emergency due to the failure of the reactor cooling systems in reactors of Fukushima I and evacuated thousands of residents living with 2 km of the reactor. The evacuation zone was extended to 20 km, affecting 170,000–200,000 people, and the government advised residents within a further 10 km to stay indoors.

Exclusion Zone - a 30-kilometer area around the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, from which 1986 people were evacuated. But as can be seen on the map of radioactive contamination of the 30-km zone were not enough

Reaction of flora on radioactive contamination
The major plume of radiation released by the Chernobyl Nuclear Accident was carried directly over what is now called the Red Forest. Radioactive particles settled on trees, killing acres of pine forest. The forest remains red to this day.
Coniferous trees are stronger than other plants respond to radioactive contamination, so they can be used to detect dangerous territories

Reaction of the fauna on the radioactive contamination - is an anomalous increase in growth
Chernobyl Catfish
Increase in size - is the result of activation of genetic memory. In times of dinosaurs radiation level was high and the animals were big. Сatfish of Chernobyl  is river fish. A few years later we will find out how much radiation can to increase the ocean inhabitants.

There are some radioactive animals typical of Japanese culture...

But the greatest manifestation of idiocy are attempts saving electricity...

I do not believe in the saving of electricity in Japan,  at all...

And prediction...

Нowever, there is more interesting question
Where are all the Japanese robots for work in dangerous places instead of people?
